Due to An Post regulations, products containing liquid cannot be shipped to outside of Ireland.
Travelshop.ie will fulfill your order as soon as possible, orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. All prices quoted are in Euro. All orders over €50 include Postage and Packaging for delivery within Ireland and the U.K.
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms & conditions, you should contact us at info@travelshop.ie before placing an order.
AVAILABILITY
Travelshop.ie endeavours to keep the website as up to date as possible and ensure all items are in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that all items shown are still available. If we receive an order for an out of stock item you will be informed of this via email within 24 hours and offered the option to cancel the order, shown an alternative item or informed of future availability.
SALES TAX
All prices include VAT of 23%. For customers outside the EU, the 23% VAT will be deducted from your order at Checkout stage.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order and an another email will be sent once the item has been shipped – this email will say the transaction has been ‘completed’.
IF YOU’RE NOT HOME WHEN YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES
All packages require a signature on delivery, so if you’re not home when our post man arrives, a note will be left at your address advising you that your items are available for pick up at your nearest delivery services unit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Travelshop.ie will inspect every item before it is shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item and wish to return or exchange it, you must email Travelshop.ie at, sales@travelshop.ie to inform us and state your preference of refund or re-placement.
– Domestic Returns must be made within 14 days of ship date
– International Returns must be made within 21 days of ship date
– Please be advised that International orders may encounter a Customs Duty upon receipt of the product dependent upon destination country
– Shipping refunds are not included with purchase and must be provided by the customer
– Goods must be returned by registered post / courier
– Goods must be in perfect condition
– Please notify us of your return at sales@travelshop.ie to help reimburse you promptly
– Refunds will be issued within one week of receiving and inspecting the merchandise
All sale items are final sale unless damaged, where a refund will be issued.

After Travelshop.ie inspection and acceptance of an item for return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase or if you prefer, an in-stock replacement item will be shipped to the address of the original purchase and any new shipping costs will be at Travelshop.ie expense.
In the event that a return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
